The mayor, still recovering from his injuries, welcomes Secret Service agent Fenderson, who will now be in charge of maintaining order in the metropolis. Lili, after her first battle, begins to doubt whether to continue as a heroine and leans on Zac for motivation. Zac will tell her why he became Zarpo. His story will be far more connected to Lili's family than she ever could have imagined.
